Puzzles Page Ten
Mount McKinley Denali National Park - 500
When I saw this in the Minnesota thrift shop, I knew I had to bring it home.  Suzanne homesteaded in Alaska and Kurt grew up there.  He even helped us with the puzzle because he knew the locations.  It was no easy task but we got it done.
Figure Him Out Figure Her Out - 550
This is a two sided headache.  We chose the Estrogen side and it was a doozy.  Suzanne sorted the pieces....I have no idea how she could.  Every time I looked at it I felt woozy.  But then I was recovering from the flu.  She did nearly all the work on it.  I don't think we will be doing the Testosterone side.  BUT the pieces had fantastic shapes!
Mountainside Park by Springbok - 1000  2/6/15
This was a Van Haasteren wannabe, but still was fun and made us laugh at the antics.  From skiing to fishing, to golf.....every vacation activity plus more was pictured.  We finished this the day before Suz's vacation.

Japanese Garden by Suns Out - 1000

This beautiful puzzle was given by Christine.  It is BIG....22 x 39 and we had a grand time working on it.  Thanks, Chris!
New York City by Flawless Finish - 1000
Suzanne brought this puzzle back from her vacation along with the tulips one below.  It was quite the struggle getting all those buildings completed.  We ended up ONE piece short and Suzanne's sister mailed her a piece she found on the floor.  BUT it wasn't the right piece.  Suzanne finally found the missing piece.  It was atop the puzzle all along.....we just didn't see it.
Early Spring by Flawless Finish - 1000
This lovely puzzle did not match the box.  There was about three inches on the right missing from the picture.  So that caused lots of groans while working on it.  But it is a pretty picture.  Suzanne brought this back from Wisconsin, thanks to that P. F. I Chapter.

Twist of Color by Springbok - 500
Thank you, Sharon, for this bright, fun and fast one.  Suzanne started sorting it the day we received it, and we finished it the next day.  LOVE all the colors.  It made us feel like we were back in grade school.
Cinque Terre, Italy by Ravensburger - 2000
Charlene lent us this beautiful puzzle and when I showed it to Suzanne she said "We are going there!". They stayed in this beautiful town of Manarola for several days when she and Kurt were touring Italy for a month.  They stayed in the yellow building between the two pink buildings and above the gray bridge.  How FUN!!
Map of the World by Springbok - 1500
This was educational, BIG, and fun.  It is an OLD map so it was interesting to see how they "thought" the world existed.
Hotel Lobby by Joan-Steiner - 1000
Suzanne finished this one while I was in Colorado.  It looks like it would be fun but we have so many other fun puzzles, I don't think I will redo it.

Sistine Chapel by Art Collection - 540 4/15/15
Suzanne brought this wonderful puzzle back from Italy for me. I loved doing it. Now I don't need to travel all the way there.  It was a good history lesson as well.
Junque Jewelry by Springbok - 500
We finished this one before we left for Colorado and Alaska. It was more fun than frustration. Imagine.....people actually WEAR this gaudy stuff.

Beautiful Buttons by Ravensburger - 1000
When Suzanne went to Wisconsin for her Mom's birthday she brought back a plethora of amazing puzzles from her sisters. Thanks girls! I got first pick and chose this one to do first. Lovely loud colors and such fun. Of course I picked the RED ones to do first.
